4. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use VPN, proxy, VPS, emulator, or fake location tools
  • Create multiple or duplicate accounts

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Abuse or exploit offers

Violation may result in account suspension, reward reversal, or permanent ban.

5. Virtual Currency (Coins)

The Service may include a virtual currency ("Coins" or "Points"). Coins may be earned by completing tasks, surveys, or offers. Coins are not real money and do not have monetary value until redeemed.

  • Exchange Rate: 1000 Coins = $1.00 USD (Rates subject to change)
  • Expiration: Coins may expire after 12 months of inactivity
  • Non-Transferable: Coins cannot be transferred or sold

6. Earnings & Rewards

  • Rewards are credited after successful validation
  • Some offers may take time to confirm
  • We may reverse rewards in case of fraud or invalid activity

7. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: $5
  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal
  • Cryptocurrency
  • Gift Cards
  • Visa / prepaid cards

Withdrawals may be delayed due to verification or fraud checks.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of terms
  • Suspicious behavior

If terminated, access will cease and any unredeemed Coins will be forfeited.

9. Third-Party Services

We partner with third-party providers and are not responsible for:

  • Offer availability
  • Tracking failures
  • Third-party decisions

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of earnings, data, or goodwill due to:

  • Technical issues
  • Third-party failures
  • Account suspension

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
